We'll kick things off with a 50-minute full-body Saddle Sculpt workout on our premium new blue mats, set outdoors on the grass surrounded by horses and the beautiful Carolina countryside.
After class, enjoy a cozy farm morning with breakfast sandwiches, fresh pastries, and coffee from NORA Café. Mix, mingle, and network with fellow horse lovers and Pilates enthusiasts before meeting our 20 resident horses for some well-deserved pony treats!
